Floors:    $5.00 sqft (slate, porcelain, ceramic, & chiseled edge travertine). We supply all materials for your product including hardi backer, full flex, grout & sealer. (Over concrete or gypsum floors anti-fracture membrane used).   These floors installed over hardi with full flex. Tight joint square cut travertine or square cut porcelain $7.00 sqft (square cut stone floors installed over hardi with medium bed and enhancer verses sealer). $3.00sqft additional fee for pour down over in floor heat, $1.00 sqft additional fee for pattern floor.

 

Granite Counters:   $10.00 sqft install for granite tile, this includes square cut porcelain or stone.  $10.00 linear foot for fabricated bullnose edges.  (Installed over hardi with medium bed and stone sealer). Undermount sink pricing below.

 

Tile counter tops:   $7.00 sqft (installed over hardi with full flex and grout sealer). Single sink vanities with 6”

splash including fabrication $200.00.  Double sink vanities with 6” splash including fabrication $250.00. Undermount sink pricing below.

 

Backsplash:      $7.00 sqft (installed with full flex and grout sealer). Pattern backsplash $10.00 sqft. Includes wainscoting.

 

Showers:         $10.00 sqft over kerdi waterproof sheet membrane. $12.00 sqft over mud set walls. Soap dishes, benches, shampoo boxes, labor included. $27.00 sqft for mud set shower floor pan with vinyl pan liner and shower floor tile install. $2.00 sqft additional fee for square cut tight joint shower walls.

 

Fireplaces:     $8.00 sqft (installed with full flex and grout sealer). Fabrication pricing below.

 

Undermount sinks:   $250.00 for kitchen sinks $150.00 for bathroom sized sinks.

 

Fabrication:   $10.00 linear foot for bullnose fabricated edges of stone, porcelain, ceramic.

 
Misc labor fee for tear-out or repairs @ $35.00 a hour per man.
